This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses multiversalpolymathcreative.com or engages Multiverse Works LLC for creative work. It sits alongside our Terms of Service. By using the site or the services, you agree to follow this policy.

You may use the website to learn about the studio, request a quote, correspond with us, and manage a project you have engaged us for. You may use the work we deliver for the uses set out in your proposal, once rights have transferred at final payment.

When using the website or services, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or use the site or services for an unlawful purpose.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or business.
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or another user’s data.
• Probe, scan, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation or security of the site.
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including in a quote request or payment.
• Use the site to send spam or unlawful marketing, or to harvest contact information.
• Harass, threaten, or defame others through your communications with the studio.

You are responsible for the materials you send us, such as text, images, logos, and briefs. You confirm that you hold the rights to those materials and that they do not infringe any third party’s rights or break the law. You grant us permission to use them only to perform your engagement.

We use our judgment about the projects we accept. We may decline or stop work that involves:

• Illegal goods, services, or activities, or content that promotes them.
• Material that infringes someone else’s trademark, copyright, or other rights.
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content, or content that incites violence.
• Sexually explicit material involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.
• Fraud, deceptive schemes, or content designed to mislead consumers.
• Malware, phishing, or other content intended to harm people or systems.

If a project turns out to fall into these areas after it begins, we may stop work under our Terms of Service, and our Refunds, Cancellations & Delivery policy will apply to any completed work.

You agree to pay through the online invoices we send and not to submit fraudulent payments or unauthorized chargebacks. If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Our Refunds, Cancellations & Delivery policy explains how refunds work.

If you break this policy, we may limit or suspend your access to the site, decline or stop work, and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities. We may also remove content that violates this policy or the law.
