FAQ
Good questions, straight answers.
Everything clients usually ask before starting a project, answered the way we would say it on a call. If your question is not here, send it over and we will answer it directly.
Starting a project
How does a project start?
You send the shape of the project through the contact form. We hop on a short intake call if needed, then send a written proposal with deliverables, milestones, revision rounds, and one exact price. Work starts once you approve it in writing.
Start a projectDoes it cost anything to get a proposal?
No. Scoping is free, and nothing is billed until you approve a written proposal. If the number does not work for you, you walk away owing nothing.
What if I am not sure what I need, or what my budget is?
That is a normal starting point. Send whatever you have, even a rough idea, and pick "Not sure yet, help me scope it" in the form. We will suggest a package and a format that fit, and you decide from there.
When does my start date lock in?
Once you approve the proposal, an online booking payment holds your production window and applies straight to your project total. From there the schedule in your proposal is the schedule we keep.
Pricing & payment
How much will my project cost?
Most projects land between $75 and $432. Three packages cover the usual shapes: The Single ($75 to $150), The Set ($150 to $275), and The System ($275 to $432). Your proposal turns the range into one exact, fixed number before any work starts.
See the packagesHow do payments work?
All payments run online by secure card invoice, quoted in U.S. dollars and tracked to the milestones in your proposal. A booking payment holds your start date, milestone invoices follow completed stages, and the closing payment wraps it up.
What if my project is bigger than a single package?
Larger builds break into staged proposals. Each stage is scoped, priced, and approved the same way, so you always know the number before the next stage starts.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancel in writing before work begins and you get a full refund, less only non-recoverable third-party costs already identified in your proposal. Cancel mid-project and you pay only for the work completed to that point, measured against your milestones. The full policy spells it out.

How many revision rounds do I get?
Every proposal defines its revision rounds up front, so feedback has room without the scope creeping. The packages include two to three rounds depending on size. Need more after that? We quote the extra work in writing before any of it is billed.
What files do I actually get?
Delivery-ready files for print or web, in the formats listed in your proposal, delivered electronically by secure link. If a delivered file ever arrives corrupted or missing, we re-deliver it at no charge.
Who owns the finished work?
You do, per the usage rights spelled out in your proposal. Rights transfer when the closing payment clears, exactly as described in our Terms of Service. No surprises buried in fine print.
Read the termsCan we work together if I am not near the studio?
Yes. Scoping, reviews, payment, and delivery all happen online, so location never gets in the way. The studio itself sits in Poulsbo, Washington, and we are a call or an email away.
