ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT

This statement describes the studio’s present accessibility work and known testing limits. Automated and source inspection do not constitute a complete WCAG audit or guarantee compatibility with every assistive-technology combination.

IN PLAIN TERMS

We aim to make this website usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reduced-motion settings, and common mobile devices. If something gets in your way, contact us and tell us the page, task, browser, and assistive technology involved.

1 — Our commitment

Multiverse Works aims to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical. Accessibility is part of design, development, content, and production testing; this is an aim, not a claim of formal certification.

2 — Measures in place

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, lists, tables, and link text.
  • A keyboard-accessible skip link, visible focus indicators, and operable navigation and form controls.
  • Responsive layouts designed for mobile screens and browser zoom.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative graphics.
  • Reduced-motion support for site-controlled animation.
  • Status and error messaging exposed to assistive technology.
  • Consent choices that remain available from the footer.

3 — Testing and limitations

The production site is checked with keyboard navigation, responsive layouts, browser zoom, reduced-motion settings, and automated Axe rules on representative pages. We also inspect headings, labels, focus behavior, contrast, error states, and third-party consent controls.

Automated checks find only some barriers. The site has not been represented as a complete manual WCAG conformance audit across every screen reader, browser, operating system, or third-party widget. Termly and the optional tawk.to chat are third-party interfaces; we test their essential behavior but do not control all of their code.

4 — Accessibility feedback

If you cannot access information or complete a task, tell us what you were trying to do and include the page URL, browser, device, and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing them. We will review the barrier and work with you on an accessible alternative where reasonably available. Nothing in this statement limits an accommodation or accessibility right required by applicable law.

5 — Ongoing work

We review accessibility when content, components, consent tools, or optional chat behavior change. Confirmed barriers are tracked with other production findings and retested after remediation.
