Scope at a glance
What this package covers—and where it stops.
The range is a starting point, not an open-ended estimate. Deliverable count, complexity, usage, and timing set the number inside it. Your written proposal turns the range into one fixed USD price before work starts.

Good fit
Built for a clear, useful outcome.

How it works
Scope first. Approval second. Production third.
You can ask questions or walk away before approving the proposal. Scoping is free, and nothing is billed before written approval.
- 01
Send the shape
Tell us what you are making, who it is for, and any timing you already know. A rough idea is enough to start.
- 02
Get the written scope
Your proposal lists the deliverables, milestones, revision rounds, delivery schedule, usage rights, and one exact USD price.
- 03
Approve before billing
Work and billing wait for your written approval. The proposal also states whether any payment is required before production begins.
- 04
Review the milestones
Work is shared at the milestones in your proposal. You use the included revision rounds to give feedback on the scoped work.
- 05
Receive the final files
Final deliverables arrive electronically in the agreed formats after the closing payment. The usage rights stated in your proposal transfer at that point.
Before you approve
Revisions, delivery, and cancellation in plain language.
Revisions and changes
The included rounds are written down.
The revision rounds shown here are included in the package. Requests beyond the approved deliverables, concepts, or revision rounds are handled as a separate change order. You see and approve that price in writing before any extra work begins or is billed.
Delivery and rights
The proposal controls the final handoff.
The typical production window is 1 to 2 weeks. Your proposal sets the milestones, actual dates, source-file formats, and final-file formats. Final files are delivered electronically after the closing payment, and the written usage rights transfer then. Read the Terms of Service.
Cancellation and refunds
You pay for completed work, not unfinished work.
Cancel in writing before work begins and any amount paid is refunded, less only non-recoverable third-party costs already identified in your proposal. If you cancel after work starts, you pay only for work completed through that date, measured against the approved milestones. The Refunds, Cancellations & Delivery policy controls the full process. Read the full policy.
Custom Scope
When the package is not the right shape
Custom Scope is for work that crosses packages, disciplines, or production stages. It is not a blank check and it does not hide the price.
- Larger work is divided into understandable stages.
- Every stage lists its deliverables, milestones, revision rounds, and exact USD price.
- You approve each stage before that stage begins.
- No out-of-scope work is performed or billed without your written approval.
